DP was founded in early 2004, with the original intention of helping small companies in the USA outsource professional services to Argentina. Argentina, after all, is both a highly-educated and a low-cost nation paradoxically coexisting.

Along the way, DP has developed a network of professional contacts around Latin America; developed some neat software of its own; created an efficient method for overseeing, controling the quality of, interacting with, and paying employees in Latin America; helped some small companies get off the ground; and we even launched out own greeting cards web site in our spare time; all while making our clients happy!

What does our name mean? Buenos Aires Design. "Diseño" is Spanish for "design" "Porteño" is the informal, Argentine word for "someone or something from Buenos Aires."
