We select our partners carefully; but we are always willing try new and untested partners on smaller projects. We judge our partners on a mix of three criteria: cost; quality; and professionality. Because work locally -- and allow different partners to bid against each other projects (although preferred partners are given a first-right-of-refusal on certain projects) -- we generally pay the going local rates, or slightly above the going local rates, but not on the American scale.

• Programmers (Buenos Aires). Particularly looking for perl programmer.
• Graphic Artists (Anywhere in Latin America). Especially for corporate logos and corporate identity projects.
• Illustrator (Anywhere in Latin America). For creating corporate mascots.
